RST.11-12.7 Integrating multiple sources in diverse formats

Integrate and evaluate multiple sources of information presented in diverse formats and media (e.g., quantitative data, video, multimedia) in order to address a question or solve a problem.

Why water teaches this standard well

Students address water questions by integrating text, quantitative data, and other media, such as combining a drought report, reservoir level data, and a utility usage dashboard to judge whether restrictions are warranted. Water problems arrive in mixed formats, just as this standard assumes.

Materials tagged with this code are written to the full standard , and each carries a written note explaining the alignment. See how we review materials.
